4-乙基苯酚 用途与合成方法


毒性 GRAS(FEMA)。


使用限量 FEMA(mg/kg):焙烤食品、人造奶油,0.20。


化学性质  无色或白色针状结晶,可因光照而变黄。呈强烈木-酚气息,有轻微香甜香气。熔点41~43℃,沸点218~219℃,闪点100℃。相对密度(d420)1.011,折射率(nD25)1.5239。微溶于水,易溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮、苯和二硫化碳中。
天然品存在于鸡蛋果、欧洲酸蔓果、猪肉、朗姆酒、威士忌、咖啡等中。


用途  GB 2760--1996规定为允许使用的食品用香料。用于配制感士忌、朗姆酒、熏猪肉、火腿、咖啡等香精。


用途  是重要的农药中间体,可生产系列高档、低毒、低残留农药


生产方法  由苯酚与乙烯或乙醇进行催化反应而得。
由4-氯代乙基苯与氢氧化钠在铜粉催化下加热反应而得。
