壬二酸 用途与合成方法


化学性质  白色至微黄色单斜棱晶、针状结晶体或粉末。熔点为106.5℃,沸点>360(部分分解),226℃(1.33kPa),287℃(13.3kPa),相对密度1.225(25/4℃),折光率1.4303(111℃)。易溶于热水、醇及热苯,微溶于水、醚和苯。


用途  大部分壬二酸用于生产壬二酸二辛酯(DOZ)增塑剂,其他的用途是作为香料、润滑油、油剂、聚酰胺树脂的原料。DOZ用作电缆、薄膜、人造革等用的耐寒性增塑性,挥发性小,耐老化性也好。DOZ也可用作合成橡胶的软化剂。日本生产DOZ所用的壬二酸约占壬二酸总消费量的70%。壬二酸通氨脱水,可制取壬二腈。


用途  用作生产增塑剂壬二酸二辛酯及香料、润滑油、油剂、聚酰胺树脂的原料


用途  用作试剂,也用于有机合成


用途  广泛用于医药和化妆品


用途  化装品


生产方法  由油酸经硝酸氧化或臭氧氧化而得。也可以用工业蓖麻作原料裂解而得。1,5-二溴戊烷与乙腈缩合,或者以戊二酸单甲酯单酰氰为原料经酮式壬二酸二甲酯都可以制取壬二酸。
