铂 用途与合成方法


化学性质  铂为银白色金属(面心立方结晶)。 溶于王水、熔融碱。


用途  用于制造精密合金


用途  用作催化剂、氧化剂和气体吸收剂


用途  用于合成氨氧化制硝酸


用途  用于制造珠宝饰物、导线、实验室容器、热电偶、耐腐蚀设备、牙科材料等,铂粉可用作催化剂


用途  电气仪表、化学工业及制造精密合金等用。


用途  用于制铂盐、催化剂(铂黑、披铂石棉)和化学仪器、珠宝首饰等


用途  主要用作电子工业厚膜浆料的导电组份,微电子技术中高稳定、高可靠、性能优良的导电浆料和电极浆料的导电组份。


生产方法  工业上生产铂可用铂矿经干法制造;亦可以铜、镍的硫化矿制取铜、镍的生产过程中生成副产物作为原料,经湿法冶炼制得。
湿法在已提取镍、铜的残留组分中加入王水进行抽提,过滤,向滤液中加入氯化铵进行反应,生成氯铂酸铵沉淀,过滤,把氯铂酸铵加热分解,制得约99.99%铂成品。或者将氯铂酸铵溶液加入电解槽中,在槽电压约1.5 V、电流密度为2~3 A/cm3的情况下进行电解,制得约99.98%铂成品。
