2,6-二氯甲苯 用途与合成方法


化学性质  本品为无色透明液体,m.p.-2℃,b.p.196~203℃,n20D 1.5500,相对密度 1.254,不溶于水,溶于苯、甲苯等有机溶剂。


用途  2,6-二氯甲苯是医药、农药、染料等重要中间体,可以衍生2,6-二氯苯甲醛、2,6-二氯苯甲腈、2,6-二氯苯甲酸、2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺、2,6-二氟苯甲腈、2,6-二氟苯胺、2,6-二氯苯胺等化合物。


用途  用作有机合成中间体。


用途  有机合成中间体,是双氯苯唑青霉素的基础原料,也可用于合成许多重要的医药,如6-乙酰基苯并噻唑酮。


用途  溶剂。有机合成。


用途  用作新型农药、医药中间体


生产方法  由3-氯-2-甲基苯胺经重氮化、置换而得。


生产方法  2,6-二氯甲苯的制造方法是由对甲基苯磺酸进行氯化,生成3,5-二氯-4-甲基苯磺酰氯,再进一步脱磺酸基而得到2,6-二氯甲苯。
国内也有用邻硝基甲苯为原料进行氯化,分别得到2-氯-6-硝基甲苯和4-氯-2-硝基甲苯,经分离后,2-氯-6-硝基甲苯加氢还原成2-氨基-6-氯甲苯,再以氯化亚铜为催化剂进行重氮化,得到2,6-二氯甲苯。
